About MTBA
Midwest Taiwanese Biotechnology Association (MTBA) is a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This professional organization initiated in the summer of 2017 by a group of young scientists across cities in the Midwest United States. The goal of MTBA is to provide a platform for professionals to exchange information and promote dialogue in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and biomedical science. To achieve our goal, we started to hold our annual symposium in 2018, and small career development orientating events in 2019. In the future, we plan to host regular webinars to talk about trending topics in career development and cutting-edge research.
